Who We Are

We strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued—where safety and trust are foundational, and healing is nurtured through a diverse range of approaches tailored to individual needs.

Our goal is to support every person in accessing their inner resilience, cultivating lasting wellness, and building a life of meaning and connection.

Meet The Therapy Team

As the founder of this practice I am honored to have the opportunity to work with those who are pursuing mental health care, emotional healing, balance, and self -growth.

I found this vocation by sheer fate and am very passionate about my work and helping those from all walks of life, whatever your story may be!

I do my best to help clients feel comfortable, empowered, and important. I consider it an honor to be a part of your story and walk alongside you in your journey.

Reaching out for support can be intimidating and I am happy that you are here! I believe therapy is an individual experience which could provide benefits for everyone. I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for you to be your authentic self.

If you are dealing with stressful life changes, relationship difficulties, or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you on your path to healing and self-discovery.

I truly believe that every single one of us have different experiences in life that shape us but we are in control of what defines us. I am so glad you are taking that next step in healing and I hope that I can be a safe space and a part of your journey!

My name is Dr. Crissa Jewel Allen, and I have been in the mental health field for over a decade. I work with college students, adults in high-stress careers, couples, entrepreneurs, business owners, and creatives.

My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive space to meet you where you are when you come to therapy. I am not here to judge or push you in any one direction but to gently guide you toward the growth and goals you set for yourself.
