  • This dynamic, breath-centered class is designed for everyone—from beginners to experienced yogis. All Levels Vinyasa Flow links movement with breath in a steady, flowing sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and balance. Modifications and optional challenges are offered throughout, allowing you to move at your own pace and tailor the practice to your needs. Expect creative sequencing, mindful transitions, and a grounding final relaxation to leave you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed.

  • Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deeper connective tissues through long-held, passive poses. Postures are typically held for several minutes, allowing the body to gently release tension while improving flexibility and joint mobility. This calming class encourages stillness, mindful breathing, and introspection—helping to reduce stress and restore balance to both body and mind. Perfect for all levels and anyone seeking deep relaxation and renewal.

  • Hot Yoga is a dynamic practice performed in a heated room to help warm muscles, increase flexibility, and promote detoxification through sweat. The heat encourages deeper stretching while building strength, balance, and endurance. Expect a steady flow of poses designed to challenge both body and mind, leaving you feeling energized, refreshed, and deeply cleansed.

  • This gentle, supportive class is designed to create a safe and empowering space for healing. Trauma-Sensitive Yoga emphasizes choice, body awareness, and invitational language, allowing participants to move at their own pace without pressure or hands-on adjustments. Through slow, mindful movement and breathwork, students are encouraged to reconnect with their bodies, build resilience, and cultivate a sense of safety and self-trust. Suitable for all levels.

  • This guided meditation class offers a calming space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the present moment. Through simple mindfulness techniques, breath awareness, and gentle visualization, you’ll learn tools to reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate inner balance. Suitable for all levels, this practice leaves you feeling grounded, clear, and deeply relaxed.
